Rules and regulations
This category is open to all people residing in any part of India. Web sites will be judged by a jury decided by UPA hyderabad Board. Scores from judges will be added to decide the winners.
Criteria for Judges would be:
For Web Sites: Creativity, Usability, Content, Popularity, accessibility, Resources etc
For Blogs : Quality of the Content, Frequency of updating, Customization of the Blog, Popularity, aesthetics, usability, Incoming and outgoing links & referrals
